Airline Refund Rules

Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline’s fare rules.

Some promotional or discounted tickets may be non-refundable.

If a passenger chooses to cancel a booking:

• Airline cancellation fees may apply.
• Service fees charged by SmartFlyFares may be non-refundable.
• The remaining refundable amount, if any, will be processed after airline approval.

Flight Changes

Date changes, route changes, or name corrections are subject to airline policies and may incur additional charges.
